Ugly Lily

This is the very first concept sketch for an Ipad app of a song by the very talented singer Elisabeth Simonian. I will be collaborating with the great Coen Hamelink . The project is still very fresh, and I can't wait to see how this will develop...

In this sketch I just wanted to capure a mood and style to refer to in later stages of the process.

Hi y'all... I just returned from a well spent holiday in both France and Italy. Above a little gouache sketch I did in a small French town called Yport.
Now back to work... I have a lot of things to do right now!

Fairytales finished

I did it!! I finished all of the illustyrations for the two fairytale books, and made the deadline! To celebrate I'll share two more finished illustrations for the story: Hansl and Gretl. Although I had little time to do extensive sketching and researching, I tried to spend as much time as possible to create a good foundation for the illustration.
